海鲜(Seafood),又称海产食物,是属于健康食品。海鲜富含高蛋白、钙质、铁质和矿物质,不仅帮助身体代谢也能维持重要的生理功能。
上个月有幸的收到GST集团的邀约,有机会接触该集团的经理-吴清宝 (Paul) 和他们的厨师-Markus。
来自挪威 (Norway)的Markus承蒙GST集团的邀请,向我们展示他著名的挪威海鲜料理。

Goh Siong Tee (GST) Seafood Supplies已有至少29年的历史,始于槟城的Simpang Ampat工业区。这家集团的海产供应于多见的海鲜餐馆和槟城酒店,其中包括E&O酒店。不仅如此,他们还运输至其它的亚洲和欧洲国家如澳洲、香港和美国等。除了运输,GST集团也进口了来自世界各地的优质海鲜,其中包括挪威。
