Nation’s BBQ 全民碳烤店 @ Jalan Trengganu, Georgetown (Close)



提起烧烤,你是不是联想到乌烟瘴气的油烟,尤其是女生最怕烧烤后那油烟味铺满整个头发或衣服,挥之不散。由于将肉类烘烤时会产生烟雾,常见的烧烤都是在户外进行。


想要吃烧烤,却很讨厌那油烟?不然试一试无烟烧烤吧!

坐落在Trengganu Road全民烧烤店”(Nation’s BBQ)采用着无烟烧烤,它是间室内自助烧烤店。

无烟烧烤,既不用被烟熏,同时还能享受美食,何乐而不为?



全民烧烤店”(Nation’s BBQ)位置:

坐落在Trengganu Road的它位于新来来饮食中心的正对面,它也位于四季小食馆的隔壁。


这次受朋友的邀请前来帮他们推广他们的新店开张,一抵达后看到那传统的火炉我就吓到了,我的脑子原本都在想着先进的BBQ电炉,这家店却回归原始采用传统的烧烤器材?


原来重点是他们运用的碳不简单呢!



当晚我们第一回的食料。

这碳在我们烧烤时,没有那种很大火的效果,而是很慢火性的在燃烧,别看小它,如果你忘了不停的翻滚你的食物肯定会烧焦哦!

我当晚就失手,顾着讲话,忘了注意我的猪肉丸!T.T


店家为我们准备了盐、胡椒粉、Yakiniku酱汁和七味唐辛子(Japanese Seven Flavor Chili Pepper)。

全民碳烤店 BBQ菜单目前都是单点(ala-carte),并没有任何配套,每碟选项的价钱从RM3RM15


当晚的烧鸡翼烤得很入味。

餐单的选择分为:鸡肉、牛肉、猪肉、羊肉、海鲜、蔬菜。

如果你想要有饱足感,想点白饭,一碗为RM1




当晚我们选择的食物有:台湾香肠、鱼丸、起司鱼丸、五花肉卷金针菇、牛肉片、鸡翅膀、猪嫩腰肉、牛仔骨、墨鱼、棉花糖、香菇、玉蜀黍、青瓜、大葱等。


当晚最赞的一道就是五花肉卷金针菇(RM13),可惜我没有吃五花肉的。








当晚烤到一半才惊觉有cheese从丸子爆出来




而我和Valyn第一次吃到棉花糖(marshmallow),特点在于拿去烧烤了的棉花糖外酥内软,要下去时,绵糖即刻爆出,融入你的口里。啊~~怪不得那么多人喜欢把棉花糖拿去烧烤,我以前都不会这么吃呢。


第一次烤矮瓜

饮料方面由于是店家新开张,暂时啤酒没有多选项或自煮的清凉茶,他们目前收买的有罐装的冬瓜茶、菊花茶、小麦草、加多宝、一百号、矿泉水和酒精饮料有Carlsberg
店家告知或许将来会加入火锅系列。
当晚我们四人的费用一共RM128,平均每人RM32,可是有很多食物还未吃完呢,所以我们的价钱供参考。
目前食客会在用餐后收到折扣十巴仙的优惠卷。

  3. very disappointing on that day visit, didn't provide the same charcoal as show in picture above(picture is 卫生炭,when dine in is normal black charcoal), all stuff didn't marinate well, very smoky during dining time, rice very hard and cold(it seem direct take out from the refrigerator), food preparation not good, an experience that hard to forget.

    2. Dear Reader, I just get feedback from the owner, pls refer as below:
      Regarding the charcoal issues, for better barbecuing experience, we actually mixed and crashed both types of charcoal together as some of the customers find smokeless charcoals do not produce fire, rather only produce heat. For clarification, smokeless charcoal is a type of charcoal where during burning time, it won't produce smoke, which is likely diminishing 99% of smoke. However, the oil or water that drop onto the charcoal will produce smoke, unavoidably.
      For the reference of food marination issue, we admittedly do not marinate our raw materials unless stated in the category "Specials".
      We apologize for the misperception and misconception for both food and charcoal. We promise to get better and we genuinely appreciate the feedback that you've given to us! Thanks
